Thanks to the unique Hyper Cross Linking technology, Diamond Oil Active is the first 1-component oil that performs as a 2-component. This odorless and extremely wear-resistant oil is suitable for floors, stairs and furniture and is made from the very best raw materials. The oil is easy to process
and residual waste is kept to a minimum. The wood is given a comfortable, non-slip surface that is extremely water resistant and easy to maintain. The oil has a dry matter content of more than 90% and is suitable for mechanical application when oiling all untreated, new or freshly sanded wood species.

Diamond Oil Active is a natural, super strong, fast drying oil, to which no chemical component needs to be added for fast curing or extra protection. Oil residues do not harden on their own and can therefore be reused.

The new technology we have used is called 'Hyper Cross Linking'. The oil molecules create billions of extra connections with each other, resulting in a more intensive, stronger protection. The effect is reminiscent of a web inside the wood, so that the floor is better protected against moisture, dirt and wear. All the oil needs to activate is a combination of friction and oxygen.

Diamond Oil Active is available in various colors and is easily and quickly applied so that you can oil many square meters in a short time. The treated surface dries quickly and can be walked on after 12 hours. After 3-5 days, the wooden surface is completely water-repellent.

The result: a beautiful and perfectly protected wooden floor that is easy to maintain and refresh.

Instructions,
1, Wipe the floor with WOCA Intensive Cleaner and let it dry.
2, Open can and stir well.
3, Apply oil with the special paint roller and/or brushes below and let it soak in for 10 minutes.
4, Rub in oil with a Red or Beige buffing pad, this can be done by machine or by hand, see also below.
5, Remove excess oil with the cotton cloths, see also below.
6, Scrub again with a White pad for an even, silky matte sheen.

Extensive explanation,

It is important that the product, the room and the surface to be treated have a temperature between 15 °C and 30 °C and that the humidity is approximately 50 %. The moisture content of the wood may not exceed 12%. Make sure the room is well ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. The wood must be free of dust, degreased and free of wax or sanding residues. Previously treated surfaces must first be sanded bare to 100-120 final grain. Vacuum thoroughly. Wipe the wood slightly damp with WOCA Intensive Cleaner (mixed with water 1:40) and let the surface dry completely before applying the oil. Do not forget to test the product for suitability by working a small area with the product first. Fine sanding with max Grit 100-120

Open the can, remove any flakes or skins and stir well, both before and during use. To avoid color difference, jars with different lot numbers should be mixed. Apply the oil in an even layer, for example with a short-haired paint roller (3-4 mm). Let the oil soak in for 10-15 minutes. Apply additional oil if the oil absorbs quickly into the wood. Rub the oil into the wood until the surface appears saturated. For floors, use a single-disc buffing machine with a beige pad. Use dry, lint-free cotton cloths to wipe off excess oil until the surface no longer appears wet. Polish with white pad for an even shine. If desired, the wood can be buffed again after at least 6 hours with a very small amount of Diamond Oil Active. Apply the oil drop by drop, scrub with a beige pad and wipe dry with cotton cloths. Polish with a white pad for an even shine. The surface is suitable for light use after 24 hours.
Avoid contact with water and only clean after the oil has been allowed to harden for 3-5 days. After 3 days, the floor can be cleaned with WOCA Natural Soap, which will protect the surface extra.
