Field of application, Elastic, 1-component parquet adhesive for the installation of: multi-layer parquet according to DIN EN 13489 on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates indoors.
When applied with WAKOL Special glue spreader 5 also suitable as glue with an integrated moisture barrier. Only for parquet types with a tongue and groove connection on sand cement subfloors without underfloor heating with 4 CM % and 85 % corresponding relative humidity.

Both the subfloors and the climatic conditions must comply with the standards according to DIN 18365 and DIN 18356. The subfloors must be even, thoroughly dry, firm, without cracks and must be free of contaminants and substances.
Pre-treat calcium sulphate (anhydrite) bonded screeds in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable standards and data sheets and vacuum thoroughly. If the screed is dust-free, it can be elastically glued directly with WAKOL MS 228 Multilayer Parquet Adhesive.

WAKOL MS 228 Ready-to-use parquet adhesive, elastic, can be used as a moisture barrier on cement screeds without underfloor heating up to 4 CM % and 85 % corresponding relative humidity. In this case, the special glue spreader No. 5 must be used.
Instructions,
Apply the adhesive evenly to the subfloor with a notched trowel, avoiding glue accumulations.
Insert the parquet immediately and press well. Make sure that enough glue is transferred to the underside of the wood.
Clean tools immediately after use with WAKOL RT 5960 Cleaning Cloths. After setting, the WAKOL 228 Ready-to-Use Parquet Adhesive is elastic and can only be removed mechanically.
