Wakol D3004 Primer / Primer (formerly D3040),
Priming Concentrate Very low-emission
Ready-to-use water-based solvent-free and very low-emission primer for smooth, non-absorbent subfloors such as tiles or subfloors pre-treated with a moisture barrier.
WAKOL D3004 Priming Concentrate has been further developed and can be used without any problems as a replacement for the WAKOL D3040. This renewed product has a number of advantages compared to the discontinued product:
• Processing has been improved
• Application has remained the same
• Product can be better distributed on the subfloor
• Improved adhesion between the subfloor and the WAKOL leveling compound
• Product can be used on almost any subfloor
• Faster drying time on anhydrite subfloors: was 2 to 4 hours, now only 1 hour.
• Mixing ratios with water remain the same, so you can switch 1-to-1 without any problems.
Wakol D 3004 is a concentrated primer
Application ,
Dispersion primer concentrate for priming:
• cement-bound and calcium sulphate-bound screeds (anhydrite) and mastic asphalt floors,
• concrete,
• magnesite floors with only mineral additives,
• intensively cleaned floor tiles, terrazzo,
• wooden boards, planks and gypsum fiber boards,
• water-insoluble glue residues
Content 10 litres.
For subsequent leveling indoors.
Instructions for use Wakol D3004,
Shake the packaging well before use. Apply WAKOL D 3004 Primer Concentrate undiluted or diluted with water in the specified ratio with WAKOL Primer Roller, 11 mm, velor roller or foam roller on the substrate, avoiding puddles. Subsequent leveling takes place after the primer has dried completely, the drying time must be observed.
