Royl Oil 1K #4550 (formerly corcol) is a 100% sustainable protective oil for all wooden surfaces indoors. The Royl Oil 1K #4550 is completely natural, solvent-free and water-free. Prevents penetration of dirt and moisture, etc.

The master oil makers of RIGO Verffabriek have been making the ROYL floor oils from 100% vegetable oil for almost 40 years and are so strong that one treatment is sufficient. User manual Royl Oil 1K #4550, (Machine)

1. Wood must be sanded evenly (final sanding with grit 100 / 120 and otherwise, of course, clean, dry and free of wax, grease and wood dust.
2. Spread Royl Oil 1K #4550 (normal and highly absorbent wood) to very thin (little absorbent wood) over the floor with a pad with pad holder, oil sponge, brush, oil lacquer rollers, etc. see below on the page. Make sure to apply enough. It is not only about obtaining a beautiful appearance, but also good protection. When used on very little absorbent surfaces, such as bamboo and wenge, dilute the oil with 10% Linotyn if desired.
3. Let the oil soak in for about 20 minutes, but that may also be an hour or two hours. Because the Royl basic products do not contain any solvents, no concentration differences arise, which means that work can be done quietly, without the risk of starting or overlapping. So you don't have to hurry and a surface doesn't have to be treated in parts.
4. Dry places (matt spots) in the meantime with oils. Before rubbing in, the entire floor should still have a slight shine. By continuing to work, the surface is both beautifully even in color and well protected.
5. Then scrub the oil into the floor with a polishing machine with a red or beige pad underneath (see below). By using an abrasive pad when rubbing in, the wood is also compacted and smoother without extra effort. Rub at a leisurely pace.
6. Finally, always rub the floor carefully and completely dry. Use a thick beige or white pad with our cotton cloths underneath (see below). Rub at a leisurely pace and replace saturated cloths with clean ones in good time. Tools can be cleaned with Linotyn .
