Osmo Concrete oil 610,
Treatment and protection for concrete surfaces and unglazed tiles
Osmo Concrete Oil is suitable for clear impregnation of almost all types of concrete. This includes: artificial stone, screed and natural stone with a polished, sanded or crushed surface, as well as for unglazed tiles. This product is especially suitable for wall coverings and floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Also for table tops, window sills and worktops in the kitchen.
Transparent oil and wax combination silk-mat, which uniquely combines the benefits of natural oils and waxes in one product, does not form a film layer on the surface, but instead penetrates the surface. Impregnating with Osmo Concrete Oil makes the surface water and dirt repellent and stain resistant. Dust from screeds and concrete surfaces is greatly reduced.
For the treatment of concrete, terracotta or stone outside ? Then use our Osmo Stone and Terracotta Oil.
Usage;
Osmo Concrete Oil is suitable for clear impregnation of almost all types of concrete. Think about; artificial stone, screed and natural stone with a polished, sanded or crushed surface, as well as for unglazed tiles. This product is especially suitable for wall coverings and floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Also for table tops, window sills and worktops in the kitchen.
Preparation;
Thoroughly clean in advance, make sure that the surface is absorbent, clean, dry and frost-free, if necessary you can clean it well with this special cleaner.
Osmo concrete oil is ready to use; do not dilute, stir well. Always try on an invisible part first .
apply;
Apply thinly and spread well with the special brush, floor brush or special rollers.
Remove excess product with a pad or lint-free cloth. For larger surfaces, remove excess oil with a rubber scraper and polish with a single-disc machine (white pad).
Important; the liquid Osmo Concrete Oil must be absorbed into the surface. No oil should remain on the surface. Let dry for 8 -10 hours.
Ventilate well during drying. Apply the second coat very thinly as well. Remove the excess product again.
When renovating already oiled surfaces, normally one layer on a cleaned surface is sufficient.
cleaning tools; With Osmo brush cleaner (free from aromatic compounds)
drying time; approx. 8-10 hours (normal climatic conditions, ventilate well during drying. Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity can increase the drying time.
Note;
Oils enhance the natural color of the surface (permanent wet effect). Taking a test is absolutely necessary! Impregnation can affect the slip resistance of the original surfaces. White or very light colored stone / surface may turn slightly yellow as a result of the oil treatment! The acid sensitivity of the stone (e.g. marble) remains unaffected.
Available sizes: 0.75 and 2.5 litres.

glass, glazed tiles or ceramics cannot be treated (impregnated). Solvent-sensitive substrates (e.g. plastics such as Plexiglas) must be protected. A lack of ventilation leads to delays in drying.
