Wakol Parquet Glue 2k PU 225,
The Wakol Parquet Glue 2k PU 225 is suitable for bonding 22 mm solid parquet (thick strips and wide parts) only on a wooden intermediate floor (chipboard, mosaic, etc.) in combination with blind staples. With this two-component adhesive, the hardener is mixed in mechanically. The adhesive is wheelchair-resistant and suitable for bonding on underfloor heating. The packaging of the PU 240 consists of a bucket with a hollow lid on top, which contains the hardener. This simplifies handling and significantly reduces the chance that the adhesive is processed without hardener or with the wrong hardener.

--TECHNICAL INFORMATION--subfloors,
Both the subfloors and the climatic conditions must comply with the standards according to DIN 18365. Subfloors must be flat, permanently dry and retain their shape.
Furthermore, the subfloors must be free of cracks, contaminants and substances that could impair the adhesion.
Mechanically pre-treat and extract calcium sulphate-bound screeds (anhydrite) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and in accordance with the applicable standards and data sheets.
We recommend pre-ironing subfloors with integrated underfloor heating.
Observe the drying time of the primer.

Allow the contents of the hardener package to drain into the adhesive package and mix both components intensively with a suitable mixing device for at least 3 minutes until a homogeneous color is created and no streaks are visible anymore.
The adhesive is applied evenly with a notched trowel, avoiding glue build-ups. Push in the parquet immediately and press well.
Ensure good adhesive transfer to the back of the wood.
The installed floor must not be walked on within the first 4 - 6 hours.
Sanding and finishing of the parquet can be carried out after complete setting, i.e. after 24 hours under normalized climatic conditions.
