Instructions for use Woca Worktop oil,
Apply in 2 layers. Apply the 1st layer to a completely clean and dry surface with the special paint roller and/or brush below and massage in after 30 minutes with the white or beige polishing pads that you also see below. Apply 2nd layer after an hour and rub with waterproof sandpaper. Apply with a brush on completely clean and dry surfaces, massage the oil in with a polishing pad or waterproof sandpaper.
Note: every oil must always be processed according to the 3-step plan,
1, apply (with special paint roller and/or brushes)
2, in polish after 15 minutes (with coarser pad color: red or beige)
3, scrub after half an hour to 1 hour approximately (with a softer beige or white pad)
You may then rub the whole dry with the lint-free cotton cloths. This is the only way to apply sufficient oil and the object will also last a long time and remain beautiful.

application,
For basic treatment and maintenance of untreated or pre-oiled/sanded surfaces. For indoor use only.
Usage
It is important that both the wood and the oil have a temperature of at least 15°C (preferably approx. 20°C) with an average humidity of about 50%. Make sure the room is well ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. Sand the untreated surface with 180 grit.
Remove all sanding dust with a vacuum cleaner. Clean the surface thoroughly with Intensive Cleaner ,
mix 1 part cleaner with 20 parts water. Then rinse with clean water. After cleaning, allow the surface to dry for at least 8 hours at a temperature of 20°C. Stir the oil well.
To prepare
Do not forget to test the product for suitability by first treating a small area with the product.
Fine sanding max grit 150
Apply Woca Worktop Oil,
Put an amount of oil on a brush and apply an even, covering layer. If possible, we recommend that you also treat the other side of the worktop with a layer of oil. Allow the oil to soak into the wood for approx. 30 minutes at a temperature of 20°C. Apply additional oil to dry looking areas. Use the polishing pads to polish the wood along with the wood grain. This increases the resistance of the surface.
Remove any excess oil with our cotton cloths . No oil should remain on the worktop.
If the surface is not thoroughly rubbed dry, it will feel tacky. Let the surface rest for about one hour and then repeat the steps. Before use, the surface should be treated two to three times.
Before finishing, sand the oil wet with wet sandpaper (grit 280-400). Then wipe clean with a lint-free cotton cloth.
Maintain Woca Worktop Oil,
The worktop should be serviced at least annually or as needed. For a superior result, treat the worktop with Worktop Oil or WOCA Maintenance Gel. Is a thorough maintenance necessary? Then go through the entire procedure.
Drying times : After cleaning with Intensive cleaner: 8 hours at 20 °C.
Light use: The oiled surface can be used after 24 hours of hardening, at a temperature of 20 degrees. During this period, prevent the surface from coming into contact with water.
Fully cured: after 1 week
Note : The oil is completely hardened after about one week. Therefore, be careful during this period. Liquids should be wiped up immediately during this time. The moisture content of the wood may not exceed 18%. Drying times are reduced at a high temperature and low humidity.
