Product information

A colorless 2-component water-based hard paint (for indoor use) with a high degree of resistance. It gives wood an optimal and almost invisible protective layer without discoloring the wood. Suitable for untreated wooden furniture and floors (oak, teak, mahogany, cherry, pine, etc ..).

Processing advice:

Provide the surface with at least 2 layers of lacquer (on floors at least 3 layers). Sand the untreated wooden surface with grain P150-P180 and make it free of grease and sanding dust. Do not sand already colored wood, because then the existing color layer / stain layer will be affected!

Do not process the varnish in a space below ± 10 Celsius. Stir the paint well before use and do not dilute. Then add the correct amount of hardener (8% = 1/12 part) while stirring. After this, let the lacquer rest for 15 minutes and then process it on the wood within ± 2 hours.

Pay attention! Only mix the amount of varnish with the correct amount of hardener that is needed to treat the surface once (1 layer). Apply the paint with a short-haired (paint) roller or brush. Prevent puddles or extreme layer thickness! After drying the first coat of paint (± 4 - 6 hours), lightly sand the surface with grain P280-320. Then remove the sanding dust and apply a second coat of paint.

• Clean used materials with water.
• Drying time: Dust-dry after 1 hour, paintable after 4 - 6 hours.
• The lacquered surface is lightly load-bearing after 16 hours and heavily load-bearing after ± 6 days.
• Shelf life: ± 1 year in original and well-sealed packaging, with limited shelf life after opening!
• Not frost resistant.
• Consumption: 500 ml lacquer is suitable for ± 6 - 7 m2 (1 layer)!
• Always only apply with the paint roller or brushes below ... do not use hardware rolls etc.

Care advice: The varnished surface maintained at least twice a year with Mat Polish.
