Bona PU filler 250ml (PVC repair),
2-component polyurethane sealant and adhesive. Developed for quick and durable repairs of elastic floors such as PVC/LVT, rubber and linoleum, with excellent adhesion to many materials. Can also be used to glue small pieces of material. The product is resistant to high impact, high temperatures, moisture, many solvents and chemicals.

Clean the joint, crack or opening to be filled. Cut away loose edges and material and sand that area with suitable abrasive material. Then clean the joint, crack, or opening with ethanol or a similar solvent and let it dry.
We recommend testing the product for suitability for the intended application and purpose before use. Because given the variety of materials, substrates, location and processing conditions, no guarantee can be given for the functionality of the product.
Instructions:
- Open the tube and place it in a glue gun. Squeeze the trigger slowly until some material is released.
- Fit the mixing nozzle. The mixing nozzle guarantees an even mixing of the 2 components.
- Spray out 25-50mm of material and discard.
- Then fill the joint/crack/opening. For best results, make a slight "trapping" / slightly more spray than the grout. NOTE: When not filling, allow material to flow out of the mixing spout in short intervals so that the material does not harden in the tip. Leave the mixing spout in place when you have finished filling - the mixing spout closes the cartridge. A new mixing nozzle must be fitted for reuse.
- Sand the repaired area with 120-grit abrasive material until the fill is even with the rest of the surface.
- Then apply Bona LinoPrime or Bona Pure to the entire surface according to the instruction sheets of these products.
