Osmo Opaque Stain,

Extremely weather-resistant and UV-protective wood finish for outdoor use. Osmo Opaque stain is breathable and water-repellent. The dried finish is safe for humans, animals and plants
(resistant to saliva and perspiration according to German DIN 51360, Suitable for children's toys according to EN 71.3) Osmo Opaque Stain is most suitable for all outdoor wood: Wooden cladding, balconies, shutters, fencing, pergolas, garden sheds, garden furniture and carports.

Storage: 2 years longer if stored in the closed original packaging (outside temperature min. +5 ̊C, moisture content max 18%)

Osmo opaque stain is ready for use. Do not dilute. Stir well. If possible, first apply a coat to all sides before installation. Clean and sand old intact finishes – remove damaged finishes (sand away). Always make a test, every wood absorbs differently.

Apply Osmo Opaque Stain,

Apply thinly to clean, dry wood with the Osmo brush or Osmo Microfibre Roller, following the grain of the wood. Allow to dry for 3-4 hours under good ventilation. After drying, sand finely between coats if necessary. Apply the second layer also thinly and evenly. Because the stain is water-based, you can also spray it. If possible, apply the first layer all around before laying. When renovating, one layer is usually sufficient, ^2nd layer when renovating can cause problems because there is too much stain on it.

Drying time: Approx. 3-4 hours (normal climatic conditions, 23 ̊C/ 50% relative humidity) Ventilate well during drying. Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity may increase drying time

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing.
