Wakol PU280 Polyurethane primer: dry in 45 minutes!

Wakol PU280 (Now called Wakol but is just another label from Lecol, is otherwise the same product) is suitable for priming absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces as well as for reinforcing broken screeds. Also suitable for sealing off capillary rising damp and increases residual moisture up to max. 6 CM% in cement-bound screeds without underfloor heating, with underfloor heating up to max. 3 CM%.

• Consumption per m²: approx. 100-150 g/m² as a primer, approx. 250-450 g/m² as a moisture barrier
• Packing: 5kg / 11kg
• Fabric residues are bonded, so that no 'fake adhesion' occurs
• Very important for anhydrite floors, among other things
• Improved adhesion between subfloor and adhesive
• The top zone of the screed is reinforced
• Wakol PU280 Polyurethane Primer can also function as a moisture barrier (see table)
• Drying time approx. 45 minutes!

Wakol PU280 Polyurethane Primer is a one-component primer based on polyurethane. Due to its unprecedented short drying time, of approximately 45 minutes per layer, it is possible to virtually exclude waiting times. Current products/systems on the market have a total processing time of approximately 12 hours or longer. With Wakol PU280 Polyurethane Primer we achieve a record time of 45 minutes. This means a time saving of more than 11 hours compared to competing products! In addition, unlike other products, the Wakol PU280 Polyurethane Primer does not require mixing. This is easy and of course also saves time. Another advantage of a one-component product is the fact that residual quantities do not have to be thrown away.
