Wakol MS330 Silane solvent-free primer is a 1-component MS primer for,
- Priming of absorbent and non-absorbent substrates
- Priming of magnesite and stone wood screeds, tiles, terrazzo, mastic asphalt screeds and adhesive residues
- Reinforcing damaged and sandy screeds
- Insulating increased residual humidity up to max. 5 CM%/ 95 % KRL in cement floors without underfloor heating
- Insulating increased residual humidity up to max. 3 CM%/ 85 % KRL in cement floors with underfloor heating
- Shut off excess residual moisture up to max. 7 wt. % / 95 corresponding relative humidity in concrete under released Wakol MS parquet adhesives Indoors.

The substrate and the requirements for the room climate must meet the requirements of DIN 18356. The only exception is the residual moisture content of the cementitious substrate if the primer is used to isolate capillary moisture.

The use as moisture insulation may only be applied to permanently moisture-resistant substrates and to isolate capillary moisture.
The primer cannot be used with oppressive, continuously rising humidity and with vapor diffusion, the product does not replace building waterproofing according to DIN 18195 Part 4.

When WAKOL MS 330 Silane Primer is used as a primer, application is done with a WAKOL Primer primer roller or with a short-haired velor roller.
To isolate increased residual moisture, only apply with the WAKOL MS Special Roller or apply with a notched trowel TKB A2 with a consumption of at least 250 g/m² in a closed film.
When using the WAKOL MS Special Roller, prime a section of the subfloor first. Then apply a thick layer of WAKOL MS 325 Silane Primer to this primed area. Regularly check the amount applied.
Primed surfaces are walkable after approx. 60 minutes.
After drying of the primer coat, however, carry out direct gluing with Wakol MS parquet adhesive within 72 hours or apply an adhesive layer with WAKOL D 3045 Special Primer within 24 hours and level with Wakol leveling compound.
