Preparation,
The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease, polish, dust, wax and other contaminants.
Shake well before use. Mix Bona Mix & Fill with either 80 grit sanding dust from the edge sander or 120 grit from the belt sander. Note: the sanding dust must not be contaminated with wax, paint or varnish residues.
User manual Bona Mix & Fill,
Bona Mix & Fill is used after sanding, to be formed into a yoghurt-thin paste together with fine sanding dust and to be filled with a stainless steel spatula in all holes and joints to make the parquet floor smoother and more beautiful.
Treat larger joints in which the paste sinks several times.
NB Process prepared mixture immediately. After approximately 20-30 minutes, sand the entire parquet floor with grit 100/120 to obtain a beautiful, even floor, equal in color and structure.
Use Bona Mix & Fill only in combination with a Bona lacquer or Bona oil/wax product.
